Diabetes Support Group

Courtney taught a monthly Diabetes Support group at Olympia Medical Center for five years to active members of the community on a monthly basis. She researched cutting edge nutrition topics related to endocrinology and taught her participants how to best manage their blood sugar levels with a balanced diet and lifestyle regimen. She currently enjoys encouraging and helping her clients get healthy and maintain stable blood sugar levels.
