An intensive workout plan geared toward active individuals of all ages. Courtney’s focus is on making exercise fun, not a chore, and mixing outdoor workouts as alternatives to the gym. She focuses on a 50/50 mix of cardiorespiratory and strength training, as well as toning the core and increasing balance and flexibility. Her target is on different muscle groups each day in order to train the entire body efficiently and prevent injury.

A total body toning program at an affordable cost. Balance, cardio and strength training using your own body weight and minimal equipment. Learn the exercises and incorporate them into your lifestyle change for the future (even if you do not belong to a gym).
